Shipping and Returns
NOTE: The following information applies to deliveries for trade orders only.
Carriage paid discount applies on order values above £250 (ex VAT) for mainland UK. Orders below £250 value attract a carriage charge of £11.00 (ex VAT). Charges vary for delivery outside the UK mainland. Normal lead time is around 7 days, subject to stock availability. All deliveries are on a tracked and secure delivery service. Please call if you require urgent delivery.
All deliveries made using a courier service require a signature. Please check the total number of packets received matches the schedule, spot check each packet delivered and sign for as damaged/missing when necessary. Any shortages, damages or faults must be reported within 2 working days from delivery.
Incoterm DAP (delivery at place) is the most convenient and cost-effective method for normal order volumes. We will find the best quote and add it at cost to a pro-forma invoice. For most destinations we recommend a minimum order value above £250 to keep the shipping cost competitive.
Incoterm FCA (free carrier) applies usually to larger orders if you have your own freight forwarding agent, collections can be made by appointment or we can deliver to any mainland UK address or port under our standard carriage terms (free on orders above £250 or £11 below).
Our products will usually be tariff free for most destinations. Please provide your EORI number for all EU destinations. We have decades of experience exporting all over the globe. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we will be glad to assist.
Collections must be arranged by appointment. Creamore Mill is not responsible for collected goods once they leave the workshop, but orders will be packaged appropriately for secure courier transit on request.
In the unusual event of products arriving damaged or faulty, we may request photographs to help rectify any problems. Please retain original packaging. We may also arrange to collect faulty or damaged goods for repair or inspection, and therefore must be re-packaged for safe transit.
Creamore Mill does not routinely accept returns other than as outlined above. Mistakes can happen though, and we will consider returns within 30 days of delivery. We will only accept returns agreed in writing. Restocking fees may apply and carriage costs may be charged to reimburse any carriage paid discounts. Any returns are routinely credited to account upon safe arrival and accepted as saleable stock. Banking charges may apply on refunds issued. Creamore Mill is not responsible for the transit of returned goods and we advise you to pack securely, use additional packaging and a tracked delivery service.
